I needed a nail removed from a tyre which was identified during the service and was told I would need to wait until 1pm. I was waiting in the waiting area from 845. so declined, seemed excessive!

Chris at Lloyd Carlisle was very helpful. He kept me up to date with all aspects of my repair. The repair was done quickly and then Chris helped arrange for my car to be transported back to my home address which I appreciated.

The video is a great little touch as your talked through the findings which I think is very informative. The technician was Kieran Rooke and the sales advisor was Nathan Taylor . Wouldn't use any other car dealer again .

I asked for an itemised bill at the end but haven't received it yet. I know I have a service plan and it covered the cost but still like to know how much the service cost. Also don't have any idea how much is on my service plan I don't get updates.

Service was carried out as per BMW requirements, also I was advised that recall work was also required, unfortunately no explanation was provided as to what this was.

I had an issue with my used X5. It was an issue that was difficult to recreate. A very big shout out for Gary (sorry I don't know his surname) who came to my home. He was polite, knowledgeable and resolved the problem. Excellent customer service

I had a problem with the suspension on my car making it un-driveable at around12.30 pm and was driving the car home by 2.00 pm the next day, problem fixed.

It all worked as promised and to time. However, I have one moan. Car was in for recall work and was needed for 5 to 6 hours. It was good to have a courtesy car, but under these circumstances, BMW should cover the cost of the insurance.

I received various conflicting comments from the dealership at levels from the mechanic to the service manager. The car's entire running history (which is perfect) was interrogated by the dealership rather than focusing on fixing the issue caused.
