This is my 3rd Bmw bought through lloyd carlisle and John Shaw. Every time they have been very helpful, competitive and polite making the experience friendly and exciting. We always go as a family as the kids love the experience aswell.

The service was completed on time and charged at quoted price by Lloyd's BMW Carlisle. Customer service was excellent and very professional & attentive. Heather was my Service advisor, on this occasion.

Brakes and MOT completed with no issues. Car was handed back after having had a wash and hoover. NOT. Car had never been near a wash or even cleaned. Didn't point this out as it would have been another hour on top of a long day.

Service was excellent although I've got an error message now so was probably one of the sensors not being reset after

We had a recall on the car for a new starter motor. It was done late Jan.26. The car appeared ok until14th March. The starter made a clonking noise and would not start. Rang BMW Carlisle, response was it might not be the starter motor.

Nathan was very helpful and professional and explained to me what investigations had been done on my car and what would be the best course of action needed, he also explained why it was so important for Lloyds BMW to put the new battery in the car .
