Very professional service right from the start of assisting me in finding a BMW that suits all my needs, through processing all paperwork smoothly, to an excellent delivery of my car and a full rundown of all the functions of my new car.

Throughout the ordering of the car, I was really impressed by the service I received from Rob. He worked hard to help me make decisions on the interior and exterior of the car. The handover with Jamie was faultless as well.

Was a bit disappointed to be honest. My car is under warranty until September yet wouldnt even meet me half way on a fault which I feel is electrical but funnily enough they say is mechanical.

New tyres fitted and early into return journey tyre pressure warning activated. Tyres not inflated to correct pressure but easily rectified by myself.

This was in for an issue with the transfer box The first step was to try changing the oil On pick up there was no feedback regarding the next step/advise on what to do following this oil change I had to ask and the response was not very informative

I had a problem with the suspension on my car making it un-driveable at around12.30 pm and was driving the car home by 2.00 pm the next day, problem fixed.

It all worked as promised and to time. However, I have one moan. Car was in for recall work and was needed for 5 to 6 hours. It was good to have a courtesy car, but under these circumstances, BMW should cover the cost of the insurance.

Had to return the vehicle folowing the retro fit of a dashcam due to various warnings on the dash created by the fitting. Following initial collection ofthe car which had a protection coating which was useless

Mentioned about my rear suspension,but not happy with explanation. . The car has suddenly started deflating the suspension overnight when i go to the car the next morning, once i start engine and take brake it adjusts within 1 minute to normal

I received various conflicting comments from the dealership at levels from the mechanic to the service manager. The car's entire running history (which is perfect) was interrogated by the dealership rather than focusing on fixing the issue caused.

i was very quickly told that as i had a problem ( slight vibration/ noise at above 2000 revs, i was told this was an investigation and it would cost me £100 +, i paid it, only to be told it was a catch, still got the noise so waste of money.
