Service staff were friendly and helpful. However, my M4 was returned with the engine warning light on due to a MAF sensor not being reconnected correctly. This basic error has undermined my confidence in the quality of the service.

Whilst the front office staff were excellent, I had two issues the inabilty to inflate tyres to correct pressure, it took 3 attempts, I also had the driver's seat control panel replaced. The floor was covered with detritus and not cleaned up.

1. Misquoted for simple work to repair defective brake light bulb then charged more - this is a breach of contract. 2. Nil support due age for a car's satnav system allegedly updated to 2025 at £120, but not including roads built by that date.

The basic safety and service check of checking tyre pressures was not done and the 'safety check' of the tyre tread, failed to identify a puncture. Hence they missed two opportunities to advise me of a safety critical failure.

Had MOT, on picking up the car nobody ran through what was recommended on the sheet for cautions etc. I was quoted 2 Run flat tyres although my X4 has normal BMW approved tires not run flats. I was told I would get emailed a service plan and didn't.

Was told needed my car for 2 days. I travel 1.5hrs to get to Carlisle. On morning of day 2 I find text saying car ready at 12pm day b4 - 2.5 hours after dropping it off! Could someone not have said that might be the case as I could have waited a bit!

Problems were not fixed and I felt fobbed off. Acoustic pedestrian warning failure was addressed by fitting a new speaker, but other issues I reported were not, they would install new software when available. Following day the speaker issue came back

Overall happy with the service I received. However the problem with the adblue system of the car wasn't explained well to me. It isn't a common problem apparently and was expensive to rectify.

I have been a regular customer of Lloyd Mini Carlisle for many years but this was my first visit to Lloyd BMW. I was well received at the main arrival desk and taken to Heather at the Service Desk. Everything went extremely smoothly.

My vehicle was in for an mot, which it passed, but during the mot the examiner identified that the engine cooling fan wasn't working. So Harry, one of the service team, arranged a lift home for me ordered the parts and booked the car in for repair.

It took three hours to work out that the brake fluid was low! As much a problem with the BMW fault system as the technicians. Also hundreds of pounds quoted to correct a dodgy flap when lubricant and screwdriver should suffice.
