We had a courtesy car allocated, a 2 series saloon and your service representative immediately noted that we would struggle to get a wheelchair in the boot. It was changed to an X2 without fuss. A very helpful, positive and polite lady.

Brakes and MOT completed with no issues. Car was handed back after having had a wash and hoover. NOT. Car had never been near a wash or even cleaned. Didn't point this out as it would have been another hour on top of a long day.
