Appreciated being kept in the loop on the nature of the issue but it was a little slow to arrive at a diagnosis as to what was wrong. Was surprised to find needed 4 tyres after a relatively recent service. Alignment seemed to be the issue.

Time with the designated technician in my car provided a clear understanding and identification/proof of the fault. A loan car was provided whilst my car was in the workshop. This was extended over the weekend awaiting parts. Issue resolved!

I was surprised to see that I was charged for a new key battery and washer fluid when the key had not shown on the car as needing a battery and the washer fluid was still in a bottle which appeared full and was left in the door of the car.

Experience overall was very good, especially from Harry who was excellent. Star removed for the complimentary car wash, which was terrible - car looked worse after the wash, what with all the water spots and streaks!

Brakes and MOT completed with no issues. Car was handed back after having had a wash and hoover. NOT. Car had never been near a wash or even cleaned. Didn't point this out as it would have been another hour on top of a long day.

We had a recall on the car for a new starter motor. It was done late Jan.26. The car appeared ok until14th March. The starter made a clonking noise and would not start. Rang BMW Carlisle, response was it might not be the starter motor.
